Once a month, we set a long, family-style table in Charlotte and serve up a new dinner episode. Every episode has a theme, a cast of local talent, and a seat chosen for you. Come solo or bring a friend. Either way, you will leave with new people in your orbit.

Chef Kimberly Bazan

Kimberly started cooking as a kid with her grandma and fell in love with watching her move so gracefully. Years later, Él Veneno was born, first as a local pop up and then a food truck. The truck is still rolling, but the main focus now is experimental, playful menus and pop ups that push the boundaries of food as the city knows it.

Lindsey is a pastry chef and artist based in Savannah, GA, best known for her sugar cookies. She brings her fine art background to every design, playing with icing techniques and finishing each piece with serious attention to detail.

A neighborhood market and bottle shop on Central Ave, and a Poppin' Partner of The Friday Table. We have hosted two dinners under their roof, and this episode makes three. Expect the space to transform.
